Pet Policy

  • At Hillpoint Woods Apartments, residents can enjoy 2 pets per apartment, 45lb weight limit. There are no breed restrictions. Please be ready and able to provide proper documentation on your pet prior to signing your lease.
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250
  • Refundable Pet Deposit: $500 if pet is under 1 year of age (in addition to the non-refundable pet fee).
  • Pet Rent: $25 per pet
  • Pet Max Weight: 45lbs for all pets
